Terms of use of Streetcrime.de

1. This is a game!

Anything and everything you do here is not real! The game is to entertain you and it is not instigation to violence, nor does it encourage it! You can commit virtual crimes in the game, but DO NOT attempt in real life! The Creators of the game do not take any responsibility for the consequences of using the game.

2. Fair play and sportsmanship

Players, who try to manipulate the rules and use the gaps in them, are subject to removal from the game. Usage of vulgar language, taking advantage of bugs and any other actions, which aim to fraud, will automatically lead to deleting the player from Streetcrime.de.

3. Responsibility of the creators

Streetcrime.de is a free game, so the team cannot be hold accountable for any services provided. If, because of  a system crash  and/or another hardware and/or software problem, a player stands in disadvantage compared to others, Streetcrime.de cannot be accused or considered responsible for the player.

4. Paid accounts

Every player can turn off the advertising banners if a minimum monthly charge is paid. This charge is only and exclusively for removing the ad banners and avatars. All other rights are the same as all other players.

5. Forbidden actions

It is forbidden the usage of bots or any other ways for constantly staying online. The same is referred to programs, which in some kind of way automates the actions of the player, out of those given by Streetcrime.de.

6. Restrictions

A single player can play only with one account. Those with more than one may be deleted without previous notice, if enough evidence is provided.

7. Two people playing from the same computer

Rules for playing of NO more than two people from one PC are as follows:

1. No more than 2 brothers/sisters etc.;

2. If brothers/sisters etc. are playing it is absolutely forbidden for any other account to login from the same computer (even for a single login);

3. Brothers/sisters etc. cannot be in the same gang and it is forbidden to trade by any means. Any transactions of goods, money or credits between both accounts are forbidden;

4. When the first brother/sister etc. log out it is absolutely forbidden for the second one to log in for AT LEAST 1 hour after that. For example you go to Exit at 12:00 o'clock and your brother must wait at least until 13:01 o'clock in order to enter the game.

If any of these rules is broken both accounts are banned forever.

8. Changes in the game

Streetcrime.de keeps its rights to change the game without previous notice.

If you don't agree with these rules close the window and exit the game!
